How Long Will It Take To Make My Dress?

Our current lead time is approx. 6 months. We do offer a rush service for brides wanting a dress sooner and have designs available to purchase off the rack, please contact us at hello@oscarandivybridal.com to discuss your options. 

Can I Customise My Dress

Yes you can make design changes to any of our dresses, some design changes incur a fee. Please send your design enquiries to hello@oscarandivybridal.com and a designer will be in touch to discuss your dress.

How Do I Know What Size To Order My Dress In?

Online

We recommend having a friend take your measurements ( we require a bust, waist, hip, hollow to floor measurement as well as your bra size and height). Then refer to our sizing chart to see what size your measurements are closest too. Please feel free to email us at hello@oscarandivybridal.com if you need assistance with measurements.

In-Store

If you are buying in person from our Casuarina Boutique our designers will take your measurements for you, this service is included in our complimentary made to order service and greatly reduces the need to have your dress altered.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Oscar & Ivy Bridal only use reliable and safe couriers for shipping within Australia. Your dress will usually arrive within 2-7 business days. We will provide you with tracking details and an estimated delivery date (delivery dates are estimates only and Oscar & Ivy Bridal does not take responsibility for delays caused by the courier company). 

Refunds & Exchanges

Dresses Ordered In Standard Sizing

In the unlikely event you are not happy with your Oscar & Ivy Bridal dress (ordered in a standard size i.e Size 10) you must notify us in writing to hello@oscarandivybridal.com within 7 days of receiving your dress. You can exchange your dress for another size and/or style or request a refund. Your exchange is subject to stock availability. We must receive your dress in its original condition with no damage, stains etc. to fulfil your exchange/refund. 

Custom & Made To Order Dresses

We do not offer refunds on custom dresses or made to order dresses (dresses made in your measurements).

Veils & Accessories/Jewellery

We do not offer refunds on veils or earrings due to hygiene reasons.

In the unlikely event you are not happy with your Oscar & Ivy Bridal accessory or jewellery (other than veils or earrings) please notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving your order to hello@oscarandivybridal.com so we can exchange for another design or give a full refund. Your accessory and/or jewellery must be in its original condition with no stains, damage etc.
