Try On At Home Terms & Conditions & Fees
By purchasing our try on at home service you agree to the terms and conditions set out below.
Once your dress/es arrives you will have 24 hours to try it on.
A satchel will be included in your package that you will use to return the dress to us.
Please return the dress to us in the same packaging you received it in (excluding the original satchel it was sent to you in).
Please return the dress to us in the original condition that you received it in (fees for damage and stains are listed below).
Depending on your location we may require you to post the satchel in an Australia Post box /outlet or a courier will collect from your door we will send confirmation of which process to use closer to your try on date.
If we require you to post the satchel at an Australia Post Box or Outlet you must inform us via email email@example.com as soon as you have posted it and confirm the tracking number.
After the 24 hour period is over and the satchel has not been posted back to us we charge an extra fee of $150 for every 24 hours it has not been posted.
If the dress has not been posted after 72 hours we will charge the full replacement dress fee.
If the dress is damaged and requires repair we charge a fee of $500.00.
If the dress is stained and requires dry cleaning we charge a fee of $500.00.
If the dress is damaged beyond repair we charge a full replacement dress fee of the cost of the dress. (Snow replacement dress fee is $3800.00)
